CloudTechtiq is a leader in online privacy rights. We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to you, our customer, through transparent, easy-to-understand information regarding our data practices.


Privacy are at the core of our business practices and product offerings, we care deeply about protecting the personal information of our customers and website visitors. Our goal is to be as transparent and forthright as possible about the data we collect, with whom we share this data, and how this data is used.

Introduction

This is a Service Level Agreement between the CLOUDTECHTIQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Customer who will receive any or all of the Services being provided by CLOUDTECHTIQ and is effective from the date of customer use of any of CLOUDTECHTIQ services being purchased via online or offline mode.

Authority

This Site and the Services are available only to individuals (“Users”) / legal authorized agent on behalf on any organization who can make legally binding contracts under applicable law.

Terms of Use

The user is merely responsible for the data hosted at his/her website/server and will be directly responsible for any legal action that may arise due to that same data being hosted.

General Service Levels

This Agreement does not transfer any CLOUDTECHTIQ Technology from CLOUDTECHTIQ to Customer, and it will remain merely with CLOUDTECHTIQ.

Network Uptime

"Downtime" shall mean network unavailability (excluding maintenance period) with no internet traffic to the server as verified by the support team at CloudTechTiq.
